All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st class delivery and we aim to get your order out to you within 3-4 working days from the date you place your order.

All products are made in a kitchen that handles Wheat, Egg, Nuts, Milk, Soya, Peanuts.

We take allergy contamination very seriously. Whilst every precaution is taken to avoid cross-contamination all products are made in the same kitchen, so we cannot guarantee this. Some of our products contain nuts and/or peanuts. We therefore do not recommend any of our products to people with a nut or peanut allergy. Some of our products are not suitable for vegetarians and none of our products are suitable for vegans. Should you require further information about allergens in our products, please contact us.

We do have some products that are "made without", but those with allergies should be aware that they may still contain traces of allergens.

Our cookies have a shelf life of 4+ days, they are baked especially for your order a few hours before they are boxed and sent! We don't use any preservatives so they are best eaten within 4 days but do last longer. As they get older, we suggest you warm them before eating to reinvigorate the gooey centre.
